Description HealthNet Administration - 3908 Meadows Drive, 2nd FL, Indianapolis, IN 46205 Salary dependent on experience, starting at $71,900/year This position is responsible for providing leadership and direction in meeting the healthcare needs through the operation, development and expansion of quality, patient-centered, and cost-efficient laboratory services for HealthNet Community Health Centers. This position is responsible for the overall operation of laboratory, including assuring that competent personnel are employed to perform test procedures and report test results promptly. Additionally, this position ensures staff's accuracy and proficiency as well as complying with applicable regulatory guidelines. This position also serves as liaison for laboratory when collaborating with other departments within HealthNet and with external clients.
