Job Description: Asset Reliability Specialist Rubicon is seeking an Asset Health Superintendent supporting the Polyurethanes Division located in Geismar . This position will report to the Asset Health Superintendent. Job Scope: The Asset Reliability Specialist oversees the lifecycle, performance, and integrity of critical physical assets to maximize reliability, optimize cost, and support long-term operational goals. This role ensures assets are maintained, tracked, and improved through strategic planning and data-driven decision-making.
