Location: Hybrid (project site, regional offices, and remote) Hours: 36 hours per week: Start Date: ASAP: Contract Duration: Initial period through May 2028 with extension options Role Overview: An experienced and proactive Contract Advisor is required to support a large-scale infrastructure renovation project. The role focuses on ensuring efficient contract management processes, particularly around change management and document reviews, while maintaining clear and structured communication between stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Provide both solicited and unsolicited advice on contract management processes Ensure proper implementation of contract control procedures within the project Coordinate operational contract management activities (including review coordination) Monitor and manage risks related to contract management Facilitate alignment between internal and external stakeholders Manage contract management systems and tools Guide and oversee variation processes (VTWs) Support and manage document review processes (design, execution, and plans) Review and assess formal communication between contractor and client Project Context: The project involves renovation works carrie...
