Technical Coordinator (Seasonal)

Job description

The Technical Coordinator will provide support for the day to day operations of the MLB Baseball Technology Data Centers, Youth academies and facilities. Responsibilities: - Schedule meetings, take notes, and track follow-ups to help keep projects on track. - Support task management and scheduling using tools such as Asana, Google Workspace, and ServiceNow. - Help coordinate project approvals across Legal, Finance, internal teams, and vendors. - Track project expenses and support invoice processings. - Partner with Logistics to support shipments, labeling, and deliveries. - Hands on learning and assisting with installation, maintenance, and basic support of infrastructure systems. - Manage service tickets, including opening, updating, and closing them. - Manage service tickets by opening, updating, and closing them promptly. - Communicate project risks or dependencies to the Technical Facilities Supervisor. - Monitor inventory levels and report any requirements for restocking supplies. - Ensure tools, inventory, and supplies are organized and maintained across all facilities.
