Responsibilities: Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) Administrator serves as the SME for on-premises identity and Access Management (IAM) platform which in this case is MIM (Microsoft Identity Manager). This role focuses on ensuring data integrity across disparate internal systems, maintaining the health of the MIM sync engine, and managing the full lifecycle of internal identities without external cloud dependencies. MIM Engine Management - Direct oversight of the MIM Synchronization Service, including configuration of Management Agents (MAs) like AD, SQL, file-based extensions, and LDAP sources.
