Graduate Site Engineer Business Unit: Transmission Overhead Lines (OHL) – Scotland Reports To: Site Engineer / Project Manager Location: Scotland (site-based with travel across projects) Contract Type: Permanent / Full-time Role Purpose: To support the safe and efficient delivery of Overhead Line (OHL) construction and refurbishment projects by assisting in the planning, coordination, surveying, and engineering activities on site. The Graduate Site Engineer will work under the guidance of experienced Engineers and Project Managers, gaining hands-on experience across civil, mechanical, and electrical disciplines while developing the technical and leadership skills required for future engineering and project management roles within the business. Key Responsibilities: Site Engineering Support: Assist in setting out and surveying works for access tracks, tower foundations, steelwork, and conductor installations. Support site engineers with daily checks, quality inspections, and record keeping.
