Job description

We are scaling our AI and automation capability at Bank ABC in London and are looking for a Developer (AI & Automation) to help build the next generation of workflow, data and AI-enabled solutions across the bank. This is a hands-on role delivering real impact, working directly with business teams to redesign processes and embed automation and AI into day-to-day operations. What You Will Be Doing: Build and enhance solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) Design and deliver AI-enabled workflows, including Microsoft Copilot Studio / AI agent-based solutions Maintain and improve a live estate of automation applications (monitoring, fixes, enhancements) Support testing, releases and post-release optimisation Work closely with Data Engineers and business SMEs to deliver end-to-end solutions What You Will Bring: 3+ years’ experience in similar development / automation roles ideally within Financial Services Strong hands-on delivery with Power Apps (Canvas) and Power Automate Experience integrating with SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL/APIs Exposure to AI-enabled tooling (e.g. Copilot, AI Builder, RPA) A practical, delivery-focused mindset with strong sta...
