Assistant Senior Regional Trainer, Registered Nurse (RN)

Job description

The responsibilities of this job include, but are not limited to the following: Obtaining staffing needs from Directors of Medical Support (DMSs); Assisting the SRT, Treatment Area with scheduling and coordinating Treatment Area classes, one-on-one sessions, buddy training, CPR classes, and progressive training, including: Ensuring food and refreshments are available for training classes; Communicating class schedules and needs (e.g. monitoring levels of participation, adjusting times, instructor changes) to the Training Specialist; and Identifying and communicating problems associated with training to the Senior Regional Trainer, Training Specialist, and Vice President, Training. Assisting with coordination of the externship program, including: Interviewing extern applicants; Scheduling and coordinating classes, one-on-one sessions, and buddy training for externs as needed; and Completing required documentation as necessary.
