Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Job description

As a Senior Systems Engineer on the AI Ops team, you will design and build AI-driven tooling and automation that improves system reliability, and engineering productivity across the organization. You will partner closely with infrastructure, observability, and incident management teams to identify opportunities where AI and intelligent automation can streamline operational workflows, improve troubleshooting, and enhance reliability practices across the organization. About the Role: Design, build, and operate scalable cloud infrastructure supporting Linux and Windows workloads Develop and implement AI-powered automation and tooling to improve system reliability and operational efficiency Troubleshoot cloud and distributed systems issues across AWS or Onprem environments Manage and optimize containerized environments using Kubernetes Support and maintain identity and access management corporate infrastructure Partner with engineering teams to build resilient and scalable systems Identify opportunities to improve operational workflows through AI-assisted automation and platform tooling Mentor engineers and contribute to engineering best practices Participate in an on-call rotation sup...
