DCS is seeking a customer focused Computer Systems Analyst proven results in the areas of computer hardware design, integration, installation, troubleshooting, and repair of Department of Defense computer systems. Essential Job Functions: Responsible for the integration, installation, repair, and lifecycle maintenance of Theater Mission Planning Cell (TMPC) and Joint Mission Planning Systems (JMPS) both ashore and afloat Tasked with integrating, testing, and performing quality assurance checks on equipment racks and ensuring that all systems are completed on schedule and on budget. Assists helpdesk and Navy Personnel by providing Tier II SME support to assist in resolving complex hardware related issues. Subject Matter Expert (SME) for TMPC/JMPS hardware and peripherals. Responsible for the cross-training of personnel. Installed and configured various peripherals: scanners, modems, tape backups, printers, SCSI devices, hubs and switches, and digital imaging devices Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
