Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 10 years of experience with technical program management. - 7 years of experience in a leadership role with/without direct reports. - 5 years of experience managing projects. - Experience delivering software and hardware projects. Preferred qualifications: - Experience in computer vision engineering within the computer vision industry. - Experience driving and influencing teams, including executives. - Experience with writing scripts Dremel/App script at Google. - Knowledge of software and hardware product launches and New Product Introduction (NPI). - Ability to manage programs, with excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to grow in ambiguous situations, establish structure, and lead programs. About the job: In this role, you will direct a portfolio of programs to deliver products for XR. You will ensure cross-team alignment on goals, priorities, roadmap, and schedules, effectively communicating the status and health of releases to all stakeholders.
