Position Overview The Senior Director, Global I&A Lead serves as both the senior-most I&A partner supporting the U.S. commercial organization and a global steward of Insulet’s insights excellence. This role sets the global standard for how Insights & Analytics shapes commercial strategy, customer understanding, and enterprise decision‑making across International, Segment, and Customer Journey I&A teams. Reporting to the VP, Insights & Analytics, this leader operates as a primary strategic thought partner—driving a unified insights vision, harmonizing methodologies, and elevating capability maturity across regions. They ensure that customer, commercial, market, and performance insights translate into high‑impact narratives and guidance for executive decisions.
