About this role: The Workplace Technology organization is seeking a Principal Engineer – Collaboration (L3) to provide deep technical leadership for enterprise collaboration platforms, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft 365 (M365) and Trader Voice capabilities. This role is a senior technical authority responsible for architecture, engineering standards, and complex problem resolution across collaboration and regulated communications platforms that support critical business workflows. This role partners closely with product management, architecture, operations, cyber security, risk, compliance, and business stakeholders to ensure collaboration solutions are secure by design, resilient at scale, compliant with regulatory requirements, and optimized for performance and user experience. The Principal Engineer focuses on the how by translating business, security and regulatory needs into robust technical designs, reference architectures, and implementation patterns that can be executed consistently across the enterprise.
