What You’ll Be Doing: - Lead day-to-day quarry operations to achieve safety, production, quality, and cost objectives - Foster a strong safety culture by implementing and reinforcing policies, training, and best practices - Drive operational excellence through planning, continuous improvement, and effective use of resources - Develop, coach, and engage team members to build capability, accountability, and strong performance - Collaborate with maintenance, sales, and regional leadership to meet business and customer needs What Are We Looking For: - Proven capability to lead and manage quarry or heavy industrial operations with a safety-first mindset - Strong knowledge of aggregates production, mobile equipment, and process optimization - Demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and motivate teams in a hands-on operating environment - Solid business acumen with experience managing budgets, costs, and operational KPIs - Effective communicati...
