The Opportunity: Our Health & Wellbeing support services team connect with Medibank members to support conversations about health and wellbeing.to engage them in a discussion around their health and wellbeing. In this role you will deliver health screening assessments via telehealth to assist and empower members to identify clear actions for their health and wellbeing and where relevant, educate members about other Amplar Health/Medibank offerings relevant to their needs. This is a KPI-driven role focused on outbound member engagement. We have permanent full time and part time (0.8 - 1.0 FTE) positions available.
