The Sherwin-Williams Floorcovering Management & Sales Training Program is an accelerated, entry-level position designed to prepare you for a Floorcovering Facility Management or Sales Representative role in 18-24 months. With Sherwin-Williams’ promote-from-within philosophy, you will have the opportunity to progress into a Floorcovering Operations Manager or Field Technician position upon successfully completing the initial 8-to-12-week training.
