Company Founded in Berlin, autarc is a ~40-person start-up that graduated from Y Combinator in San Francisco. Our team spans Sales, Tech, and Operations. We build software that helps energy installers plan, sell, and deliver home electrification projects faster and with higher quality. Role description: Are you excited to work on strategic projects that accelerate the energy transition? If you're excited about green-tech, cross-functional projects, and exploring scalable solutions, join us and make an impact. You will work closely with the co-founder, our Venture Development Lead whilst collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Tech to drive new initiatives from idea to launch. This role is built for someone who likes ownership, moves fast, and learns directly from customers. Please note: This position is on-site in Berlin (Mitte) and C2-level proficiency in German is required.
