Location: Columbus,Ohio,United States Position: Learning and Talent Development Coordinator Reports to: Manager, Learning and Talent Development Location: Columbus, Ohio Pay Range: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour We consider several factors when preparing a compensation package for successful candidates. Superior is looking for a Bilingual Learning and Talent Development Coordinator. This person will take ownership of our Learning Management System (LMS), facilitate the onboarding of skilled trades new hires, and coordinate professional development sessions across the company. This role is based at our headquarters in Columbus, Ohio, with regular onsite support at our Advanced Logistics Facility (ALF) in Gahanna, Ohio for onboarding support.
