About the Role We’re seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Manager of Lab Operations to lead and optimize the daily functions of our laboratory. This role is pivotal in ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and scientific integrity across all lab activities. You’ll manage a team of talented scientists and technicians, oversee workflow efficiency, and drive continuous improvement in lab processes.
