We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Shropshire to assist with the appointment of a Development Officer , on a 2-month contract , likely to be extended at clients discretion. Rate of Pay: £22.37 - £28.88 per hour Summary: This role supports the coordination and delivery of the Shropshire Safeguarding Community Partnership (SSCP), ensuring effective multi-agency collaboration across safeguarding adults, children, and community safety. The position plays a key role in driving partnership working, managing projects, and supporting the delivery of strategic safeguarding priorities. Responsibilities: Qualifications: - Coordinate and support the work, governance, and activities of the SSCP - Provide advice, support, and constructive challenge to multi-agency partners - Lead and manage safeguarding and community safety projects and initiatives - Coordinate statutory case reviews (e.g. Safeguarding Adult Reviews, Child Safeguarding Practice Reviews, Domestic Homicide Reviews) - Analyse performance data, audits, and reports to support service improvement - Relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Social Care, Publ...
