As a key player on the New to Canada segments team, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of various partnerships and events across BC region focused on key ethnicities (e.g., South Asian) that result in accelerated customer growth and acquisitions in Personal Banking. You will be required to drive the growth of the customer base in regions through community engagement and branch collaboration with Centres of influence (COI) and community leaders from the private, public, and not for profit sectors.
