As a Senior/Principal engineer, you will be part of a ground-breaking Advanced DRAM R&D wet etch team. The position promises ample opportunities for innovation, collaboration, and testing a new dimension with Advanced DRAM! You will work directly with P rocess I ntegration and other process areas such as Dry Etch, Metals, CVD, Diffusion, Lithography & CMP. You will contribute to brand new and outstanding wet etch tooling & own the process roadmap to meet program and yield goals! Expectations for this role include, but not limited to: Technically innovate : Drive strategic technical or tactical decisions at a project and platform level by contributing to high-level innovation feasibility studies; Regularly solves sophisticated problems before they become problems.
