Description The Campus Operations Technician is responsible for maintaining a safe and clean campus while supporting the mission, vision and values of Indian Rock Church and School. This role requires attention to detail and hands-on problem-solving skills to ensure the smooth functioning of the facilities and equipment to uphold the church’s ministry. - Must give testimony and evidence of a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and sense the call of God to a serving ministry. - Inspects the building, grounds, and equipment to ensure proper maintenance and safety in compliance with local and state building codes and safety regulations - Overseeing routine maintenance and repairs of campus buildings and grounds - Helping facilitate campus readiness for Sundays - Monitor building systems including, but not limited to HVAC, lighting, and security systems - Manage cleaning and custodial services - Responds to repair and maintenance requests in a professional and timely fashion - Work in cooperation with all levels of management, support staff, personnel, church leaders, volunteers, members and guests to fulfil the mission of Indian Rocks Requirements: - Ability to read and follow man...
