Job Description: We are looking for an experienced People Development Expert to design, implement, and continuously improve initiatives that support employee growth, capability building, and our overall Learning & Development culture in part- or fulltime (at least 25 hours/week). This role combines strategic thinking with a strong hands-on mentality, ensuring concepts are not only developed but successfully executed.
