Description Under the direction of the Service Manager, the Service Team Leader is directly responsible for all aspects of service, delivery, as well as merchandising related activities. This position is accountable for training, supervising, managing, and motivating team members on a daily basis. Duties include, but are not limited to: - Oversees the day-to-day workflow and output of the department. - Coaches and trains staff in all aspects of their duties and responsibilities. - Creates, develops, and maintains positive relationships with every account. - Works with Sales Team to resolve any retailer/delivery issues. - Identifies and communicates daily issues and opportunities with the Service Manager and upper management. - Provides quick and complete resolutions to customer and employee complaints. - Tracks attendance and vacation schedules; ensure requests are submitted, posted, and do not represent a conflict. - Clearly communicates team objectives and facilitates collection of results. - Fills in on routes as needed. - Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy. - Participates in, as well as leads, department trainings and...
