This position assists in delivering high-quality camp experiences that drive enrollment, participation, and retention while providing outstanding customer service to campers and families. The Coordinator helps ensure their assigned site operates safely, effectively, and in alignment with the YMCA’s mission and standards. Essential Functions: Provide leadership, supervision, and clear expectations for daily Summer Day Camp activities. Plan and implement engaging daily activities that meet the needs and interests of participants and promote healthy lifestyles.
