Senior Detection & Response, Security Operations San Carlos , CA (on-site) About 1X: We build humanoid robots that work alongside people to solve labor shortages and create abundance. The Role: As the Senior Detection & Response Leader, you will own 1X’s detection strategy end-to-end, including centralized logging, SIEM architecture, and a high-signal 24/7 SOC/MDR operating model. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for building and running the full detection loop—from log ingestion to incident response and continuous improvement. You will design scalable systems, reduce alert fatigue, and ensure reliable response under pressure. Your work will directly strengthen 1X’s ability to detect, contain, and learn from security events as we grow.
