Description Job Title: Appointment Transporter: Supervisor: Appointment Specialist: Department: Residential: FLSA Status: Hourly: Summary: Responsible for transportation to all appointments and coordinating with the Appointment Specialist about information for the appointment. Essential Duties: functions. - Transport clients to all appointments. - Communicate appropriate information to doctors. - Ensure Medical Information Form is completed at the appointment. - Notify Pharmacy Specialist immediately if a new medication is ordered. - Assist with printing compliance paperwork for the compliance label books. - Complete Individual Specific Trainings as they are updated. - Track and monitor weights and calorie counts. - Participate in the ER on call rotation. - Assist participants with personal care when transporting them to scheduled appointments. - When representing KCARC, communicate with professionals in a knowledgeable and positive manner. - Maintain updated folders with information that can be used as a quick reference tool. - Report vehicle maintenance problems to designee immediately. - Maintain a positive, professional attitude at all times. - Maintain neat, clean, professiona...
