Bank Card Services Assistant I Platte Valley Companies JOB SUMMARY: Assist the Bank Card Services Manager in all aspects of daily operations, including customer service and card processing. Provide support in the issuance, maintenance, and servicing of debit and credit cards. Responsibilities include assisting customers with inquiries, processing payments, maintaining accurate records, and running and balancing daily reports. RESPONSIBILITIES: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: a. Answer customer inquiries b. Process new credit card applications c. Assist with card issuance and activation. d. Pull and monitor daily reports e. Make calls to customers f. Perform daily, weekly, and monthly account balancing g. Maintain data on cardholders h. Maintain customer and company files i. Assist with resolving simple merchant inquiries j. Assist with the research and resolution of cardholder disputes and chargebacks k. Other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum Qualifications: 1. High school diploma or equivalent required. 2.
