Job Description: Team Leader (f/m/x) at MARS | Mars Wrigley Confectionery Location: Poznań: We are looking for a dynamic and inspiring Team Leader to join our team in Poznań. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all safety, quality, and operational standards, while delivering key performance targets for your production area. You will lead, develop, and motivate a team of 25-50 associates, fostering a culture of proactivity and continuous improvement and acting as a key leader on the factory floor.
