JOB SUMMARY: As Legal Counsel, you will report to the Associate General Counsel – Global Legal Procurement and assist others within the Vertiv Global Legal Department. You will assist in providing practical and timely legal support to the Global Procurement and Supply Chain Management functions, focusing on contract drafting, review, and compliance matters under close guidance and mentorship. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (List the major or most important job duties in order of most important to least important.) Draft, review, and support negotiation of standard procurement and supply chain contracts, including: - Master Service Agreements - Purchase Orders - Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) - Supply Agreements - Logistics Agreements - Manufacturing Agreements - Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Agreements - Advise on supplier risk management, including due diligence, contract terms to mitigate risk, and compliance with anti-bribery and corruption laws (e.g., FCPA). - Conduct legal research and help prepare summaries on supplier risk, compliance, and regulatory issues. - Support implementation of global procurement policies and contract management processes. - Assist with reviewing and maintain...
