Description Illinois Bone and Joint is hiring in Munster! - 30 hours per week - benefits eligible - Monday through Friday - no weekends! - Available to work opening and closing shifts - Rehab Technician duties plus Front Desk Duties - scheduling, answering phones, checking in patients, etc. - Previous Medical Office experience preferred Summary: A rehabilitation technician is under the general technician supervisor and management team at the site of employment. The main objective of this position is to support the staff with a team-oriented approach in delivering exceptional customer service and care with the goal of improving a patient’s overall quality of life. Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service and communication to therapy patients, therapists, physician staff, and clients in a fast paced orthopedic rehab office. - Daily clinic maintenance: including but not limited to cleaning treatment tables and equipment, change out linen, stocking supplies. - Keep exercise equipment in an orderly fashion and out of the way of patients to maintain safe conditions in the clinic. - Daily, weekly and monthly checks of maintenance tasks to stay compliant with IBJI guidelines....
