CAGE SUPERVISOR

Job description

Under the supervision of the Cage Shift Manager, the incumbent, either personally or through subordinates, is responsible for the direct operation of the gaming cage and main bank cashiering functions. High school diploma or GED required. Must also have one (1) year of casino cage, banking and or cashiering experience and one (1) year of supervisory experience. Must be 21 years of age or older and able to obtain an Indiana Gaming License. Must be able to pass pre-employment background check. Must be able to work all shifts including weekends and holidays. Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Cage Supervisors provide excellent customer service to employees and vendors in all situations. - All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Horseshoe Indianapolis Racing & Casino policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards, and Indiana Gaming Regulations. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to lift 30 pounds. Also required are frequent standing, walking, stooping, bending, reaching, climbing steps and sitting.
