Position: Server Assistant Reports to: GG: Duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Ratings: To perform this work successfully, an individual must be able to perform every essential duty.Education/experience:Baccalaureate diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to three MonthsRelated to experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. - Assists servers with transporting dishes and/or service trays to and from the kitchen and dining room. - Complete all assigned opening and closing sides work to prepare the dining room, kitchen and gas stations for efficient operation during meal period. - Cleans and maintains all areas of the restaurant includingkitchen, bar, lobby, break rooms and grounds; cleans tables and chairs with sanitation spray and towel. - Collaborate with waiters to ensure tables are cleaned, sanitized, and ready for the next meeting. - Organizes and prepares tables for scheduled meetings. - Serve chips, salsa and ice water to customers. - It keeps the bar full of supplies with food such as chips, salsa and drinks. - Keep the ice cube (container) full throughout the day. - Assist the...
