POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking a Senior Art Director with 10+ years of experience to collaborate on the visual direction and creative strategy for Procaps Labs’ marketing initiatives. This is a hands-on, strategic role requiring deep expertise in campaign concepting, omnichannel marketing, brand development, and the execution of high-quality creative across digital, print, and video platforms. WHAT YOU’LL DO ( ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES): - Lead and execute creative concepts for omnichannel marketing campaigns (digital, social, print, packaging, events, and video). - Develop, maintain, and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints. - Conceptualize, design, and oversee marketing campaigns from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals. - Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and communications teams to develop visuals that engage audiences and support campaigns. - Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback, support, and leadership for a growing in-house team. - Produce or supervise video content and multimedia assets as needed (video editing experience is a plus). - Stay current with industry trends, d...
