Customer Experience Consultant Together with your team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and driving commercial growth by managing the end-to-end shipment lifecycle. Your role will involve building strong relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring smooth coordination across internal teams and global service centers. You will act as a trusted advisor, combining operational expertise with a commercial mindset to create value for our customers.
