This role is responsible for supervising production teams across multiple workstations including mechanical installation, electrical integration, interior assembly, and finishing processes associated with second-stage vehicle conversions. The Plant Production Supervisor plays a critical leadership role in ensuring vehicles move efficiently through the production line while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and productivity.
