Job description

We are searching for a Family Services Coordinator. Someone to ensure compliance with hospital policies and HIPAA regulations while serving as a key departmental coordinator supporting patient care needs and staffing activities. This role functions as a critical communicator and planner—facilitating timely coordination among clinical leaders, support teams, Administration, and families to promote smooth daily operations. The position assists the Family Services Specialists (FSS) with patient coordination, prepares reports for executive groups, and provides recommendations to enhance departmental processes and overall service delivery. Supports a 24 hour operations team spanning all patient care areas in Houston, Austin and surrounding communities. Think you've got what it takes?
