Job Description: Do you want to design cutting-edge automation solutions for global leaders like Amazon, DHL, and PostNord? Join us as an Automation Engineer and play a key role in developing our new and innovative cage filling product – a robotic solution that ensures safe and efficient parcel handling in modern logistics centres. You will join our Logistic Systems Product Engineering team, who designs complex sortation systems across the globe. You will be a member of a team dedicated to one of our new products: cage filling. Here, you will collaborate closely with specialists within different engineering disciplines e.g. steel, electronics, software or site integration to create a product solution for our customers. The innovative cage filling solution focuses on filling a group of postal cages with parcels within a robot cell. The goal is to create a stable pile of items within each cage. Items must be handled gently, and overall machine and person safety is a must.
