This role can be based in Västerås or Ludvika and offers a unique opportunity to shape how safety is designed, governed, and delivered across a global organization at the forefront of the energy transition. In this position, you will have end-to-end responsibility for establishing and driving the Safety by Design framework within the HVDC organization. You will ensure that safety requirements are embedded early and consistently throughout the lifecycle—from research and tendering to design, execution, and delivery. By combining strategic leadership with hands-on involvement, you will help ensure that HVDC systems are safe, robust, compliant, and future-ready.
