Site Manager

Job description

Essential Functions: - Responsible for growing membership sales and meeting overall sales goals for the site. - Manage car wash site financial accounting, invoicing, labor, and reconciling and depositing cash. - Ensure proper inventory of chemicals, office supplies, and uniforms are kept in stock. - Communicate daily with District or Market Manager regarding any concerns/issues and answer questions. - Assess, communicate, and resolve vehicle damage complaints. - Manage proper staffing, training, and performance of team members, assistant site managers, and support staff. - Administer feedback and disciplinary action to team members as needed. - Satisfactorily resolve customer and team member complaints, including partnering with Human Resources. - Maintain an understanding of how site equipment works; perform maintenance on car wash equipment and troubleshoot inoperable equipment on site. - Oversee safety of employees and car wash site and respond to safety incidents appropriately. - Demonstrate professionalism and respectful communication at all times. - Follow all company rules, policies, and procedures, including escalating matters that may violate company policy. - Other duties...
