Amaze, Inspire, Unite Job Summary: To be an ambassador of Ilitch Sports + Entertainment, by providing first class customer service to every single guest. Key Responsibilities: - Welcome and greet all of our guests and assist them with any question or need they may have during their visit. - Maintain the integrity and exclusivity of private clubs and premium areas at multiple venues. - Own guest concerns from initial discovery through the resolution of their concern during events. - Engage guests at every opportunity, including building rapport with season ticket holders and repeat guests. - Be knowledgeable in and consistently uphold venue/company policies. - Proactively be aware of situations that could be detrimental to the guest & colleague safety. - Problem solve. - Be available to work 80% of all ticketed events at Little Caesars Arena, DTE Energy Music Theatre and Michigan Lottery Amphitheatre at Freedom Hill.
