Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Benefit Eligible: Yes Screening Date: 2026-05-11 Job Description Summary: This professional staff member is responsible for the collection of past due student accounts in accordance with Miami University’s accepted procedures and policies, and the management of inquiries from students and families (written and verbal) concerning the validity of the debt. This position may be approved for work on a hybrid basis. Remote work is not a right, but a working arrangement that can be modified or revoked by Miami University at any time for any reason.
