The Facilities Maintenance Technician plays a vital role in ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of mechanical plant systems within the facility. This position is responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining both critical and non-critical systems across multiple trades. The technician works within established skill levels, follows technical documentation, and communicates clearly with leadership to support operational excellence and safety readiness.
