The Mandate: Stabilize, Structure, Scale: As a working manager, you will lead US accounting operations, ensuring our financial engine runs as smoothly as our robots. Your primary objective? Make the month-end close "boring" through relentless accuracy and better structure. When you succeed, leadership trusts the numbers without hesitation. Your Ownership: Master the Close: Design and execute a consistent, documented 5-day month-end close. You own the process design and internal controls.
