What You Will Do As a Manufacturing Supervisor , you will oversee production operations to ensure output goals, safety standards, and employee engagement are consistently met. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, this role is critical to maintaining smooth plant operations and supporting Clarios’ commitment to quality and efficiency. You’ll lead a team of production personnel, coordinate daily manufacturing activities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This position is on-site at the plant and requires flexibility to work assigned shifts and overtime as needed. What the Group Does: The Manufacturing team is responsible for producing high-quality batteries that power vehicles worldwide. This group ensures production targets are achieved while maintaining safety, compliance, and operational excellence. As part of the Operations unit, the team plays a vital role in Clarios’ ability to deliver reliable energy storage solutions to customers.
