The Senior Accounts Payable Specialist will process invoices and debit memos for payment with limited supervision, taking on extra responsibilities such as problem resolution and mentoring newer employees in the department. What Will You Do at Graco Prepare supplier invoices and debits for payment by matching the invoice with required documentation according to existing procedures and enter into Oracle system to meet required deadlines. Assist internal and external contacts via correspondence and telephone conversations, answering questions, solving problems, or training on policy as it relates to Accounts Payable.
