Department: 37531 AMC Manitowoc County - Outpatient Rehabilitation: MOB Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Position is 40 hours a week, at least two days per week working until clinic close. Schedule will include mix of orthopedic and pelvic health cases. Minimal acute weekend coverage. Ideal candidate has pelvic health training or motivated to complete training. Exact days/hours of work to be determined. Orthopedic and pelvic health mentorship available on site. $20,000 Sign on Bonus Pay Range: $41.10 - $61.65 Interprets physician referrals, as appropriate, and completes musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiopulmonary, and/or integumentary evaluations utilizing appropriate methods. Establishes a plan of care and implements individual treatment based on evaluation results and functional goals and by utilizing appropriate techniques. Monitors and evaluates outcomes and appropriately adjusts the individualized treatment plan based on the patient's response to treatment and provides status updates to physicians and other teammates.
