Position Title: Coordinator, First Year Experience & Leadership Development Department/School: First Year Experience & Leadership Development Salary/Pay Rate: $57,157.10 Job Summary: Marist University welcomes applications for the position of Coordinator in the Office of First Year Experience and Leadership Development. The Coordinator serves as an integral member of the Student Affairs team onboarding experiences including orientation, welcome week, program development and the transition of all first-year undergraduate students, including transfers and commuters, on the Poughkeepsie campus. The selected candidate will also facilitate the adjustment of students academically, socially, and personally to Marist University. Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree - 1-3 years of experience in Higher Education or related field.
