Job DetailsJob Location: TX-ESP-MIDLD - Midland, TX 79706 Perform thorough inspections of vehicles and service units to diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues. Conduct routine maintenance and servicing, including preventive maintenance in accordance with manufacturer and company standards. Repair or replace defective components, including engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension systems, and auxiliary equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical failures in a timely and efficient manner to minimize downtime. Safely operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, diagnostic equipment, and shop machinery. Ensure all work is performed in compliance with Flowco safety policies, OSHA regulations, and applicable industry standards. Complete accurate service documentation, work orders, and inspection reports. Communicate findings, repair recommendations, and status updates clearly to supervisors and internal stakeholders. Collaborate with team members to meet operational goals and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Other duties as assigned.
